These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InboxIQ ("Service"), operated by ReviveIQI ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
InboxIQ is a B2B revenue intelligence platform that connects to your email inbox (Gmail and/or Microsoft Outlook), scans email threads using artificial intelligence, and surfaces hidden revenue opportunities including warm contacts, stalled deals, and follow-ups requiring attention.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@reviveiqi.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
By connecting Gmail or Outlook, you authorize InboxIQ to:
You may disconnect any inbox at any time from Settings. Disconnecting immediately revokes our access and deletes your stored tokens.
You represent that you have the right to connect the inboxes you link and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or third-party agreement.

Workspace owners are responsible for their workspace members' use of InboxIQ. By inviting members to your workspace, you represent that you have their consent to aggregate their inbox opportunity data within the shared workspace. Members' individual email content remains private — only opportunity metadata is shared across the workspace.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.
InboxIQ and all underlying technology, design, and content are owned by ReviveIQI. You retain all rights to your own data — email content, contact information, and opportunity records. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide InboxIQ.
InboxIQ uses AI to classify email threads and generate opportunity summaries and next-action recommendations. These are suggestions only — you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated classifications before acting on them. We make no warranty that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
InboxIQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular email thread will be correctly classified as an opportunity. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviveIQI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use InboxIQ, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or missed business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviveIQI from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of InboxIQ, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Upon termination, your data will be permanently purged within 30 days.
We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of InboxIQ after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
